Experimentation Strategist

The Experimentation Strategist is an enterprise-impact individual contributor who drives long-term experimentation strategy and influences senior leadership decisions. This role serves as a trusted advisor, shapes large-scale initiatives, and advances experimentation maturity across the organization.

The role focuses on engaging workplace participants and free dashboard users to establish relationships built on financial education, awareness, familiarity, and trust. Through experimentation and customer analytics, this role generates actionable insights that help inform strategic priorities and long-term business outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Influence enterprise experimentation strategy and shape the long-term experimentation roadmap.
• Lead complex, high-visibility initiatives with broad organizational impact.
• Analyze and synthesize large, multi-source datasets to uncover actionable insights into customer behaviors and sentiment drivers.
• Establish enterprise-wide approaches to customer behavior and sentiment analysis that inform long-term strategy and strengthen organizational capabilities.
• Provide thought leadership on experimentation methodologies, analytics, and innovation.
• Advise senior executives on experimentation insights, risks, opportunities, and strategic implications.
• Sponsor cross-functional initiatives that strengthen experimentation capabilities and organizational maturity.
• Ensure experimentation approaches and initiatives align with enterprise objectives and priorities.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for executive-level audiences.
• Apply deep knowledge of the business, products, services, and customer ecosystem to inform experimentation priorities and long-term business outcomes.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in advanced analytics or experimentation.
• Recognized expertise in experimentation and customer analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize complex, multi-source datasets to generate actionable business and customer insights.
• Strong knowledge of experimental design, A/B testing, hypothesis testing, statistical analysis, and experiment measurement.
• Knowledge of causal inference, statistical modeling, segmentation, and customer behavioral analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience with Python and/or R for statistical analysis, experimentation, or advanced analytics.
• Experience working with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with experimentation platforms and digital analytics tools used to design, measure, and evaluate experiments.
• Understanding of experimentation KPIs, statistical significance, confidence intervals, sample sizing, and experiment performance measurement.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical insights, risks, and recommendations effectively to executive-level audiences.
• Ability to operate effectively and provide strategic direction in highly ambiguous environments.
• Comprehensive, enterprise-level understanding of the Empower business model, product and service offerings, and customer ecosystem, with the ability to leverage this knowledge to shape strategy, priorities, and long-term business outcomes.
