Job summary

qlub is seeking a Senior Analytics Lead to own product analytics and build the experimentation engine behind our growth. You’ll scale 50+ A/B tests a month and set data models that analytics and AI can trust, while leading a BI team working with Product, Operations, Tech and Data Engineering.

You’ll drive end-to-end experimentation standards, teach PMs and Ops leads to run solid tests, design a robust data model, establish governance with Tech, and mentor a small team of analysts as we push

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics or data science at a data-driven company
• Proven track record building/scaling experimentation programmes
• Strong data modelling, event schema design and SQL
• Experience driving change and getting non-technical teams to adopt practices
• Clear communication with executives and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own experimentation end to end: configure and scale our A/B testing platform and set test design standards.
• Train PMs and operations leads to run sound experiments and build playbooks.
• Define the analytical data model and governance standards with Tech and Data Engineering.
• Coach and grow a team of analysts.
• Partner across Product, Operations, Tech and Data Engineering to drive AI-first analytics.
