Job summary

Target Corp is seeking a Sr. Manager, Data Analytics – Experimentation & Product Analytics to lead a team responsible for end-to-end experimentation, advanced product analytics, and measurement of digital initiatives.

You will establish scalable experimentation frameworks, drive analytical rigor, and leverage AI/ML capabilities to automate anomaly detection and accelerate insight generation across cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• End-to-end experimentation with hypothesis development and A/B/multivariate testing.
• Hands-on use of advanced statistical techniques and causal inference.
• Experience leveraging AI/ML to automate anomaly detection and analytics workflows.

Responsibilities
