Job summary

TEGNA is seeking a Product Manager, Product Analytics & Experimentation to help measure, learn from, and continuously improve our digital products. You’ll partner with Product Managers to transform customer behavior into actionable insights for websites, apps, and personalization, across teams like Engineering, Data, and Editorial.

You’ll evolve analytics capabilities, define metrics, build dashboards, and support A/B testing and feature rollouts to drive data-informed decisions at scale.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in Product Analytics, Digital Analytics, or related fields.
• Ability to translate business questions into meaningful product insights.
• Experience partnering with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define success metrics and measure product performance across digital products.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and reusable measurement frameworks.
• Instrument analytics requirements and validate instrumentation with engineering.
• Analyze product adoption, funnels, engagement, and experiment results to inform decisions.
• Support design, execution, and measurement of A/B tests and feature rollouts.
• Present findings and recommendations to product teams and stakeholders.
