Responsibilities

• Own the Customer Zero enablement strategy for assigned products and initiatives, onboarding and motivating internal teams.
• Act as internal advocate and feedback conduit between employees and Product Management.
• Own the internal communication strategy explaining changes and early access to capabilities.
