Abbott is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Supply Chain to own supply chain operations for assigned product lines and value streams in Alameda, CA. The role leads managers and contributors across demand planning, lifecycle planning, purchasing, production scheduling, inventory, and logistics, driving performance and cost efficiency.

The position requires 12+ years in supply chain, 7+ years in leadership, and 5+ years in medical devices, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Minimum 12 years progressive experience in Supply Chain management.
Minimum 7 years leading Supply Chain teams.
Minimum 5 years in the Medical Device industry.
Minimum 7 years of experience with supply chain software and systems.
Experience leading global supply chain organizations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership across the organization to drive process improvements and achieve objectives.
Lead and develop Supply Chain managers by setting goals and coaching.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
Develop plans to optimize resources, service levels, and inventory.
Direct teams to ensure timely product delivery and cost-effective operations.
Develop and manage the Supply Chain budget for value streams and product lines.
