Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally. The role demands a strong background in medical devices, global leadership, and regulatory compliance within a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive supply chain management experience.
• Minimum 7 years leading supply chain teams.
• Minimum 5 years in medical device industry.
• Experience leading global supply chain organizations and policy development.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to supply chain managers and teams across demand planning, lifecycle planning, purchasing, production scheduling, inventory and logistics.
• Oversee performance metrics and scorecards to drive supply chain effectiveness.
• Develop and manage annual operating plans and budgets for assigned value streams.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company policies.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and cost-efficient operations across global operations.
