Job summary

Relay is seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Success in Raleigh, NC to lead a team of CS professionals and drive retention and expansion across mid-market and enterprise accounts.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align strategies, own segment performance, and mature playbooks for scalable customer outcomes. Expect a hands-on leader who mentors teams and drives measurable value for customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales in SaaS or hardware/software.
• 3+ years in direct leadership managing CS/AM teams.
• Experience managing high-touch, enterprise portfolios with multi-stakeholder buying centers.

Responsibilities

• Set high standard for account strategy across Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts with multi-threading and executive engagement.
• Own retention and expansion outcomes, shaping onboarding, adoption, expansion and renewal across the segment.
• Identify patterns to diagnose drivers of performance and surface risks across functions.
• Lead and develop a team of 7 to 10 CSMs with high accountability and autonomy.
• Partner with Sales, Product, SE/FDE, and GTM leadership to align on segment strategy and priorities.
• Travel ~25% as required.
