Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer service environments with KPI management.
• 3+ years of direct people management and senior leadership experience.
• 3+ years executive-level customer-facing experience.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation and digitization initiatives.
• Understanding of clinical laboratory business models and service delivery.
• Proven program/project management experience with PMP knowledge preferred.
• Ability to translate dashboard insights into actionable direction.
• Strong understanding of operational metrics and financial performance.
• Proven influencing skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and integration programs for large deals end-to-end.
• Develop dynamic KPIs and strategy execution plans for profitability.
• Oversee onboarding, issue resolution, retention, and client advocacy.
• Guide digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Billing, IT, and Laboratory Operations for seamless solutions.
• Align with Health Plans to resolve grievances and implement plan changes.
• Provide coaching and supervision to Customer Solutions teams.
