You will leverage advanced analytics to drive clinical outcomes while defending profitability through strategic pricing and service design.

The role combines clinical insight with financial analytics, requiring strong leadership across cross-functional teams and regular executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare, medical device, or diagnostics industry.
• Proven track record managing large enterprise accounts or high-value portfolios.
• Experience owning and driving a complex P&L with margin optimization.
• Deep familiarity with physician office workflows and EHR integrations.
• Strong data storytelling and financial modeling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Defensive strategy: assess top accounts for internalization risk and price 'make vs. buy' scenarios.
• Clinical insights: analyze test utilization to improve patient management and value-based care.
• Commercial growth: collaborate with PAEs and Sales Directors on regional growth strategies.
• Financial stewardship: manage revenue, margins, and costs across top accounts.
• Operations: optimize staffing and workflows for account performance, and monitor TAT.
• Executive reporting: prepare dashboards and communicate progress to C-suite.
