Based in St. Louis Park, MN, this hybrid position partners with business and technology leaders to establish data standards, drive digital transformation, and enable data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of progressive experience in data management.
• 5+ years of experience working with customer master data, master data management (MDM).
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, ownership, and management of enterprise customer data domains.
• Establish and maintain customer data standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Serve as subject matter expert for customer master data and provide strategic guidance.
