In this role you will build data calendars, partner across functions, manage supplier relationships, and develop automated dashboards to inform senior leadership and accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in customer insights, analytics, or data analysis across brands or retailers.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Expertise with syndicated data partners and retailer-facing dashboards.
• Strong analytical capability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to collaborate across merchandising, marketing, and assortment planning.
• Experience managing external suppliers and agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual data and analysis calendar with cross functional partners while maintaining agility for ad hoc requests.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable decisions for stakeholders.
• Provide enterprise insights for quarterly reviews, board updates, and investor days.
• Lead the development of automated dashboards and reporting tools to inform decisions.
• Oversee supplier relationships and contracts to maximize value and ensure deliverables.
• Coach and develop a 2–3 person analytics team and manage budgeting for insights initiatives.
