Job summary

McAfee seeks a Senior Manager to establish and lead a new Customer Experience Validation & Product Quality function. You will act as the independent customer advocate across the lifecycle, aligning product delivery with customer needs and reducing friction.

• 8+ years of leadership in product quality, customer experience, or related fields.
• Experience guiding cross-functional initiatives with product and engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of software release processes and quality methodologies.
• Ability to use customer feedback and analytics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the new Customer Experience Validation and Product Quality function.
• Develop and implement launch-readiness standards and certification processes.
• Define scorecards and reporting on quality and customer impact.
• Own end-to-end customer journey assessments and identify friction points.
• Prioritize improvements based on business value and customer impact.
• Drive executive discussions on product quality and release risk.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships to improve customer outcomes.
