Job summary

McAfee is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations Quality & Governance to lead QA, governance, and release readiness across marketing platforms. This hybrid role requires onsite presence a few times per month in a hub location such as Frisco, TX, with remote work when not onsite.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in QA, release, marketing ops or related fields.
• 6+ years in leadership managing QA or readiness teams.
• Experience building enterprise QA strategies and governance.
• Strong knowledge of lifecycle marketing and omnichannel messaging.
• Proven success with automation and scalable quality practices.
• Experience partnering with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise QA operating model with standards and controls.
• Lead end-to-end testing and automation strategy for launches.
• Establish testing frameworks for customer journeys and pages.
• Oversee production monitoring, incident management, and RCA.
• Serve as escalation point for release risks and incidents.
