Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in consumer marketing, digital marketing or retention marketing.
• Experience working in the D2C space for a consumer brand.
• Ability to create programs from inception and scale successful initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the holistic customer communication strategy to drive growth and consumer satisfaction.
• Map consumer touchpoints post purchase and ensure consistent messaging.
• Work with IT and Analytics to access data for CLV initiatives.
• Build segmentation strategy for targeted offers through appropriate channels.
• Oversee CRM and Lifecycle marketing programs across various channels.
