Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Support, or related business operations role.
• Experience analyzing data, developing reports, and using insights to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer orders and requests to support a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor performance against compliance; analyze trends and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and manage customer data within ERP systems for accurate fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Finance and AR to manage credit lines and cash flow.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and process improvements.
• Lead and support operational and analytical activities for assigned accounts.
