Electrolux Group North America in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations professional to drive planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to deliver impactful programs on time.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in project management or marketing operations, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4+ years in project management, marketing operations, marketing, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple marketing and creative projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external agency partners.
  • Lead external review programs to strengthen consumer trust and brand confidence.
  • Drive evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled marketing initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and stakeholder updates with clear action items.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve obstacles to maintain momentum.

This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.

All About the Role:

The Marketing Operations plays a key role in driving the successful planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives. This position manages cross-functional projects, coordinates internal and external resources, and ensures on-time delivery of strategic marketing programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and proactive, with strong communication and relationship-building skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to navigate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role serves as a critical liaison between marketing, creative teams, agency partners, and stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple marketing and creative projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external agency partners to align resources and drive successful project execution.
  • Lead and expand external review programs that strengthen consumer trust and brand confidence.
  • Drive the evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled marketing initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and stakeholder updates, including agenda development, documentation, and action-item tracking.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve obstacles to maintain project momentum and meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and reporting to provide visibility into project status and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of professional experience in project management, marketing operations, marketing, advertising, or a related business environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
