RXO Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Accounts in New York to lead a team of Managers, Analysts and Specialists focused on retaining and growing key RXO Last Mile clients.

This role partners with Business Development, Client Solutions, Operations and IT to fulfill commitments from onboarding through lifecycle, supporting revenues over $75M annually. You will oversee cross-functional client relationships, monitor KPIs, and drive strategic initiatives, ensuring high-quality service and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or customer service in a leadership position.
• Experience in the direct-to-home delivery market.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).

Responsabilités

• Plan and monitor customer contact center schedules and operations.
• Provide management information and productivity forecasts through data analysis.
• Develop and analyze key performance indicators.
• Provide leadership to managers and staff.
• Own the client relationship and review KPI metrics to drive results.
• Coordinate with clients, IT and field ops managers for tests and startups.
• Ensure clients are proficient in using online systems and receive training.
• Develop action plans with field ops managers to meet client needs and priorities.
• Resolve conflicts in work priorities, resourcing, and scope of work; communicate requirements.
• Respond to client strategic queries and manage expectations; follow up on issues.
• Monitor client financial results against projections and pricing assumptions; address variances.
