RXO Inc. is hiring for a Senior Manager, Customer Accounts to lead a team across RXO Last Mile.

You will own client relationships, drive retention and growth, and collaborate with Business Development, Client Solutions, and Operations to fulfill commitments throughout the client lifecycle. The role requires leadership, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multi‑unit performance with a revenue impact of over $75M annually.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in account management or customer service in a leadership role.
• Experience in the direct-to-home delivery market.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Responsabilidades

• Plan and monitor customer contact center schedules and operations.
• Provide management information and productivity forecasts from data analysis.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and lead managers and supervisors.
• Own client relationships and review KPI metrics to drive results.
• Coordinate with clients, IT and field ops to test and launch initiatives.
• Ensure clients are proficient with online systems and provide training as needed.
