Robinhood Markets, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Crypto Operations within the Internal Audit team. The role targets building a best-in-class audit practice for the crypto business, collaborating with leadership across governance, risk, and controls.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Computer Engineering
• 10+ years in compliance or operations at a large financial services firm
• 7+ years in financial services including technology auditing
• Crypto/regulatory risk experience across crypto, banking, trading, payments
• Experience evaluating crypto exchange/ custody providers and similar institutions
• Experience presenting to C-suite, boards, and regulators
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Analytical skills and sound judgment in complex issues
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Certifications: CIA, CISA preferred

Aufgaben

• Execute audits in Operations, Compliance, and Technology for crypto business as per Internal Audit Plan
• Support audit leadership in risk assessments and audit plan development
• Own Internal Audit objectives aligned with company goals and audit strategy
• Coordinate end-to-end audit procedures including testing, reporting, and follow-up
• Present audit ratings and recommendations to senior management and Audit Committee
• Build relationships with senior leaders and risk partners to share insights on standards and regulations
• Improve audit practice with frameworks, metrics, and training
• Participate in regulatory inspections and third-party inquiries
