Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Crypto Operations Intern in New York, NY to serve as a technical product and operations expert, owning processes critical to maintaining crypto products and supporting product teams.

You will partner with specialists across Trading, Money Movements, Account Servicing, Product Operations and Risk Management, and collaborate with Product Management, Engineering and Finance to ensure operational readiness and scalable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with expected graduation Winter 2027/Summer 2028.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Operational and product-minded with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Interest in crypto, blockchain tech, and emerging financial products.

Responsibilities

• Support critical business functions such as monitoring order and execution health, blockchain performance, and liquidity management.
• Handle complex customer escalations and partner with product teams to prioritize fixes.
• Identify inefficiencies in operational processes, translate operational needs into product requirements, and collaborate with product operations to design scalable solutions.
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of internal tools by providing feedback, testing new workflows, and partnering with engineering to ensure tools meet operational needs.
• Support product launches and feature rollouts with operational readiness and developing clear process documentation.
