Tubi is seeking a Director, Creator Growth to own the strategy and execution of our scaled creator acquisition program. You’ll design processes, set performance standards, and partner with product to remove onboarding friction for thousands of creators.

You will lead cross-functional workstreams, establish KPIs, and elevate top non-exclusive creators for deeper partnerships while representing Tubi at industry events.

Competenze

• 10+ years in creator economy, digital media, streaming, or content partnerships.
• Experience building and scaling creator or partner programs.
• Strong data literacy with KPIs and performance metrics.
• Partner with product teams to shape tools and workflows.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and people management.
• Deep understanding of creator ecosystems and monetization models.

• Own the strategy and execution for scaled creator acquisition, building processes and partner relationships.
