Walmart Creative seeks a Senior Manager, Creative Business Strategy & Financial Planning to transform business and financial data into actionable insights for the Walmart Creative organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design/Marketing/Creative fields with editorial content management experience; or 5 years in editorial content management.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience across: Financial Planning, Business Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, Related disciplines.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing talent across strategic, analytical, financial, and technical functions.
• Experience operating within a large, complex, and highly matrixed organization.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including forecasting, scenario planning, investment evaluation, financial modeling, resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team responsible for business strategy, data strategy and analytics, financial planning, reporting, and business operations.
• Establish the vision, roadmap, priorities, and operating model for the Creative Business Strategy & Financial Planning function.
• Develop and deliver executive‑level presentations, recommendations, and narratives that simplify complex business, data, and financial information.
• Lead the end‑to‑end annual financial management and planning process for Walmart Creative, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Lead strategic analyses related to: New capabilities, Operating models, Workforce strategies, Technologies, Tools, Partnerships, Investment opportunities.
• Oversee the development of an integrated data strategy that connects: Operational data, Financial data, Resourcing data, Workflow data, Performance data.
