Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
• 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
• 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy with leadership and frame investment priorities.
• Lead investment decisions with business cases, scenarios, and models.
• Connect strategy, operations and economics across functions.
• Drive portfolio tradeoffs balancing growth, cost, and profitability.
• Move from idea to execution with defined success metrics and gates.
• Challenge assumptions and provide clear recommendations.
• Build investment discipline with ROI, NPV, and capital allocation.
