Cresco Labs is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Tax to lead all income tax matters. This role reports to the Vice President of Tax & Treasury, shaping tax strategy, compliance, and planning for a multi-state cannabis business.

You will develop the tax team and coordinate with auditors, investors, and C‑Suite leaders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strategic thinking, and operationalizes tax processes across complex markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business with accounting concentration.
• 8+ years of federal and state corporate and partnership income tax compliance experience.
• 5+ years of tax provision experience (ASC 740).
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing tax professionals.
• Experience with OneSource Tax Provision or comparable software.
• Experience with financial accounting systems.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quarterly and annual income tax provision under US GAAP.
• Oversee annual US federal, state and local, and foreign income tax return filings.
• Lead tax forecasting, cash tax planning, and effective tax rate management.
• Lead tax strategy, risk management and tax advisory for senior leadership.
