Cresco Labs is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Tax to lead all income tax matters, including the tax provision, compliance across federal and state jurisdictions, and strategic planning. You will manage a team, interact with auditors, and partner with Treasury and FP&A to optimize tax planning.

The role requires extensive experience in multi‑state corporate taxes, ASC 740, and strong leadership. Located in a regulated industry with opportunities across markets; a dynamic, detail‑oriented

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business with accounting concentration required.
• Advanced degree and/or credentials (MST, MAcc, LLM, CPA) preferred.
• 8+ years tax experience including federal and state corporate and partnership compliance.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing tax professionals.
• Experience with OneSource Tax Provision or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quarterly and annual income tax provision under US GAAP.
• Lead tax compliance for federal, state, local, and foreign filings.
• Direct tax forecasting, cash tax planning, and effective tax rate management.
• Mentor and develop the income tax team and coordinate with auditors.
