Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking an experienced Director, FP&A. The role reports to the VP of Finance and partners with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and profitability analysis.

Lead a finance team, drive treasury and data-driven decisions, and support strategic initiatives including store openings and M&A. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in senior FP&A, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to influence across levels in a fast-paced, regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years in a senior FP&A finance role with leadership experience.
• Project budgeting, cost controls, and ROI experience required.
• Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems (BI reporting, dashboards, KPI development).
• Proven knowledge of federal and state financial regulations, US GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence across leadership levels.
• Able to handle ambiguity and drive change in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to prepare and analyze financial results, forecasting, and budgeting analytics.
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Drive insights into performance for investments in store openings and M&A.
• Design and refine financial processes to support a dynamic organization.
• Provide management readouts on variances and key drivers on a cadence.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting including KPIs and dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT on financial systems and reporting design.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions.
