Cresco Labs, a leading multi-state cannabis operator, seeks a Senior Manager of Corporate Tax to oversee the income tax function, governance, and planning. This role reports to the VP of Tax & Treasury and oversees a team of tax professionals across complex US federal, state, and local filings and tax provision processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business with accounting concentration; advanced degree/credentials preferred: MST, MAcc, LLM or CPA.
• 8+ years tax experience (public accounting or corporate tax) including federal and state compliance; tax provision experience ASC 740.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quarterly and annual income tax provision under US GAAP; manage coordination with in‑house and external resources.
• Oversee annual federal, state, local and foreign income tax return filings incl. Forms 1120, 1065, 5471, 5472.
• Lead tax forecasting, cash tax planning, and effective tax rate management.
• Direct research and analysis of complex tax issues; approve memorandums.
• Present tax matters to investors and senior leadership; coordinate with external auditors.
• Develop and mentor income tax team; lead cross‑functional collaboration.
