Gong is seeking a visionary corporate cyber defense leader to architect and scale the security foundations that protect how Gong employees work across devices, identity, AI, SaaS, email, collaboration, and access. You will build a high-performing team, operating model, and technical strategy to enable a global, distributed, AI-native workforce to move quickly and securely.

Qualifications

• Strong background in enterprise security engineering for a distributed workforce.
• Proven leadership in building and scaling security teams and operating models.
• Experience with AI-native toolchains, SaaS security, and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate Security Engineering team and define the strategy, operating model, and execution.
• Own endpoint, identity, and data-protection security across a global Mac/Win/Linux fleet.
• Implement zero-trust and secure access controls including MFA, SSO, and PAM.
• Govern risky OAuth, shadow IT, and safe adoption of AI tools across the business.
• Partner with IT, Legal, GRC, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure scalable, measurable security outcomes.
