Gong, a leading AI-powered revenue intelligence company based in Austin, TX, is seeking a Senior Corporate Security Engineer to design and scale security controls across endpoints, identity, SaaS, email, and data protection for a global workforce.

You will own key parts of Gong's security roadmap, implement zero-trust, collaborate with IT and product teams, and shape governance around AI tool usage while delivering pragmatic security that enables business speed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in security data pipelines, detection engineering, or related defensive roles.
• Proficiency with EDR/XDR tools (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, MS Defender) and cloud security platforms.
• Experience deploying and maintaining zero-trust security controls and CI/CD security processes.

Responsibilities

• Own security roadmaps across endpoints, identity, SaaS, email, collaboration, access, and data protection.
• Design and implement scalable security controls for a global workforce.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, GRC, and engineering to ship secure solutions that employees will adopt.
