Job summary

Gong is seeking a visionary Corporate Cyber Defense leader to architect and scale security foundations for a global AI-native workforce. Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, operating model, and execution of Corporate Security Engineering within Gong’s Cyber Defense group.
• Lead the Corporate Security Engineering team and grow a high-performing organization with technical depth and ownership.
• Drive security across endpoints, identity, SaaS, email, collaboration, and data protection.
• Partner with IT, Legal, People, GRC, Procurement, and NetEng to operationalize controls.
