Job summary

Tarrant To & Through Partnership (T3) seeks a Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships to drive corporate giving, sponsorship development, and volunteer engagement in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will manage a portfolio of partners and prospects, collaborating with Development, Marketing, and program teams to meet revenue goals.

The role involves hybrid work with onsite presence and requires 3+ days onsite, plus occasional evening/weekend events.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate and community stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Comfortable representing the organization at corporate meetings, networking events, and community functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate giving and partnership development strategy, including prospecting, cultivation, solicitation, and closing.
• Manage portfolio of corporate partners and prospects with revenue goals.
• Develop new corporate relationships aligned with programs and priorities; grow existing partnerships.
