Job summary

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate Development to lead fundraising efforts and secure financial and in-kind support for affordable housing. You will manage a broad donor portfolio, build strong corporate partnerships, and drive engagement through proposals, events, and targeted communications.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success securing corporate gifts, grants, sponsorships, and in-kind donations.
• Experience managing a large portfolio of corporate donors and prospects (200+ accounts).
• Proven ability to meet individual fundraising goals and contribute to team revenue goals.
• Excellent proposal writing, grant reporting, and communication skills.
• Experience creating customized corporate partnerships including financial support and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet annual goals.
• Manage a portfolio of 250+ corporate partners and cultivate new relationships.
• Prepare proposals and ensure timely donor reporting and recognition.
• Coordinate events and build days to engage donors and volunteers.
• Generate fundraising reports and analyze donor trends to guide strategy.
