Job summary

Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) seeks a Corporate Development Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing management of corporate partnerships. You will coordinate across Habitat teams, corporate partners, affiliates and stakeholders to ensure commitments are fulfilled and impact is measured.

You will grow partnerships through strong relationship management, project leadership, and meticulous reporting, while supporting events and donor engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of fundraising and/or project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM platforms, Smartsheet or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and day-to-day management of corporate partnerships.
• Collaborate with Habitat teams, corporate partners, affiliates and stakeholders.
• Manage projects and operational processes; maintain CRM/SharePoint/Smartsheet records.
• Monitor performance and deliver donor impact and stewardship reports.
• Support partner engagement events and opportunities.
