Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5+ years of experience in an investigative capacity or related role.
• 3+ years of experience leading investigative teams.
• 10+ years of experience in investigative capacity or related role preferred.
• 5+ years of experience leading investigative teams and/or initiatives preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with fraud-related investigations preferred.
• Advanced degree (MBA, JD, etc.) preferred.
• Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) certification or other ethics/compliance credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages employees who conduct employee misconduct investigations into fraud-related matters and provides guidance on ethics policies.
• Develops and implements integrated departmental and organizational strategies, policies, and procedures; contributes to business and technical goals.
• Acquires resources for department activities and leads process improvements.
• Develops and manages relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
• Manages, develops and motivates employees.
