Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Senior Supervisory Investigator to lead strategy and execution of internal compliance investigations related to Respectful Workplace policy, overseeing a team and handling significant matters.

In partnership with Legal, Compliance, HR, and others, you will manage a high-volume caseload, ensure prompt, thorough, and objective investigations, and deliver evidence-based conclusions to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience, or Associate with 12+ years, or HS diploma with 14+ years.
• Minimum 8 years in Compliance, Law, Audit, Quality, HR, or related field, including investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop US-based compliance investigators focused on Respectful Workplace concerns.
• Investigate promptly, thoroughly, and objectively into alleged violations of law or policy.
• Provide leadership, supervision, training, and guidance to investigators.
• Review and approve investigation reports; draft clear, well-documented findings.
• Present oral briefings to senior leadership and identify corrective actions.
• Monitor changes in laws/policies and advise colleagues accordingly.
• Oversee corrective action management and management reporting on trends.
