KBR is seeking a Director of Business Integrity in Houston to lead a team of investigators and compliance professionals. You will oversee investigations into alleged Code of Conduct violations, coordinate with HR and leadership on outcomes, and manage the ethics training and certification programs.

The role requires a J.D., bar admission, and 20+ years of legal experience including leadership in anti-corruption and compliance.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed to practice in Texas or another US jurisdiction.
• 20+ years of legal experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in anti-corruption laws, compliance, and investigations.
• In-house ethics and compliance experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Strong writing skills for reports, summaries, and executive communications.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex issues quickly.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external counsel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of investigators, compliance specialists, and a senior anti-corruption attorney.
• Oversee investigations into alleged violations of the Code of Business Conduct and recommend remediation.
• Collaborate with HR and senior leadership on case outcomes and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain and oversee the Business Integrity case management system.
• Direct annual ethics training and targeted compliance education for employees.
• Manage annual conflicts of interest certification and ethics training records.
