Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Supervisory Investigator Americas to lead strategic compliance investigations across the United States and Latin America. You will guide a team of investigators, handle high‑impact matters, and work with Legal, Compliance, HR, and stakeholders to ensure timely, thorough, and objective investigations with high integrity.

You will provide leadership on corrective actions, draft reports, and present findings to senior leadership, while monitoring regulatory changes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of professional experience
• Associates degree with 12+ years of professional experience
• High School Diploma with 14+ years of professional experience
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Compliance, Law, Audit, Quality, Human Resources, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee compliance investigations for US and Latin America.
• Provide executive briefings to senior leadership with findings and recommendations.
• Supervise and develop a team of investigators across regions.
• Review and approve investigation reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable laws, privacy, and policy requirements across the region.
• Manage corrective actions and investigation reporting trends and insights.
