You will turn complex data into interactive Power BI dashboards, guide project delivery with cross-functional teams, and provide strategic insights to address client challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting, finance transformation, or advisory experience.
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
• Experience in consulting or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support finance transformation initiatives with process improvement and automation.
• Provide independent perspectives on finance and accounting organizations using industry trends.
• Assess business processes to identify inefficiencies and control gaps.
• Transform data into actionable insights with Power BI dashboards.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery including planning, budgeting, staffing, and client communications.
• Demonstrate judgment in engagement management, risk identification, and quality assurance.
• Support business development by pursuing proposals and leveraging client relationships.
• Mentor and develop team members, providing coaching and career guidance.
