Job summary

Forvis Mazars US is seeking a Senior Workday Product Manager to act as the strategic liaison for the Workday ecosystem across Finance, HR, and shared services. You will partner with leaders and engineering teams to identify opportunities that drive value, governance, and investment decisions aligned with business priorities.

You will own capability planning and a roadmap for Workday capabilities, including AI, automation, reporting, integrations, and Extend, while ensuring readiness and adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years supporting enterprise applications or product management.
• 3+ years working directly with Workday or comparable enterprise SaaS platforms.
• 10+ years supporting enterprise applications, business transformation or product management (preferred).
• Workday certification(s) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic liaison between business stakeholders and the Workday ecosystem across Finance, HR, Operations, and shared-services functions.
• Develop and maintain capability roadmaps that align business priorities with Workday investments.
• Develop a strategic vision for Workday AI, automation, and platform capabilities.
• Lead governance forums and stakeholder councils to align priorities and value realization.
