You will partner with engineering, vendors, and business leaders to translate needs into prioritized initiatives and ensure successful platform adoption and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years supporting enterprise applications, business transformation or product management.
• 3+ years working directly with Workday or comparable enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic liaison between business stakeholders and the Workday ecosystem across Finance, HR, and operations.
• Develop and maintain capability roadmaps that align business priorities with Workday investments.
• Lead governance forums and stakeholder councils to align priorities and value realization.
