The Senior Manager of Corporate Functions Technology at Forvis Mazars, LLP partners with Finance, HR, and Professional Services Operations to align technology investments with business priorities. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years guiding enterprise technology and transformation initiatives.
5+ years partnering with Corporate Strategy executives.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
Experience building roadmaps and aligning investments to business goals.
Knowledge of SaaS, integrations, APIs, security concepts, governance.
Ability to lead through influence across cross-functional teams.
Solid background in Agile, SDLC, ITSM, and enterprise ops.
Digital analytics and AI fluency to drive automation and value.
Proven use of KPIs and dashboards to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technology relationship manager for enterprise functions.
Develop strategic capability roadmaps aligning priorities with investments.
Translate market trends and business intelligence into actionable recommendations.
Partner with leaders to identify AI, automation, analytics, and transformation opportunities.
Drive portfolio planning, governance, and value realization across functions.
Collaborate with engineering, vendors, and business teams to guide investments.
Develop business cases, investment recommendations, and strategic plans.
Lead stakeholder engagement, governance forums, and roadmap discussions.
Champion change management, communications, adoption, and readiness.
Monitor investments with KPIs, dashboards, and outcome metrics.
Build scalable workforce and sourcing strategies through talent and partnerships.
Represent business needs with external partners and advisory groups.
