EOS IT Solutions is seeking a highly analytical Business Planning Financial Analyst to join our team. You will analyze financial data, manage projects, and provide support to our client teams to inform strategic decisions.

The role covers budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and development of predictive reporting tools, collaborating with finance partners and leadership to drive long-term financial performance while upholding our values.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of financial planning and business analysis experience.
• Experience creating and modelling financial statements.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and procurement systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to explain financial issues to stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Direct financial processes including budgeting, reporting, and accruals.
• Collaborate on quarterly budgets and projections with leaders.
• Analyze variances and support financial planning.
• Develop predictive reporting tools and improve processes.
• Present recommendations to enhance financial performance.
• Provide executive management with financial implications guidance.
• Support long-term strategic planning and annual budget.
