Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A to own forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning. The role partners with operations and commercial finance to drive profitability milestones and scalable reporting across the organization.

Reporting to the VP of Corporate FP&A, you will mentor analysts, lead automation efforts, and help select new planning tools to support growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline.
• MBA preferred.
• Eight+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.

Overall Summary

The Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A Awill play a critical part in shaping the company’s future through ownership of key financial modeling initiatives, including the development and refinement of the annual operating plan and 5-year strategic plan. Reporting to the VP of Corporate FP&A, this role will lead budgeting and forecasting processes, drive automation and scalability of recurring reporting, and deliver enhanced business insights to support executive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models as part of the company’s forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes (annual budgeting, quarterly forecast updates, and the company’s 5-year strategic plan)
• Partner closely with operational and commercial finance teams to drive long‑term strategic initiatives and operational efficiency improvements as the company scales and progresses toward key profitability milestones.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance scalability, data integrity, and actionable insights across FP&A functions
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues across the business to foster an effective cross functional working environment and collaborative spirit
• Lead, mentor, and develop Financial Analysts on the team, fostering growth through hands‑on coaching, skill‑building, and exposure to strategic financial planning activities
• Play a key role in evaluating, selecting, and implementing new financial planning tools and systems to support the company’s growth

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline required
• MBA preferred
• Eight (8+ or more) years of experience required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Expert at financial modeling and Microsoft Excel
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of corporate and commercial finance, strategic planning, and value creation drivers
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail
• Thorough knowledge of financial statements and corporate finance
• Highly motivated with demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline‑oriented work environment
• Self‑starter who will anticipate challenges and work proactively to resolve issues
• Comfortable working within an entrepreneurial, “roll‑up your sleeves” environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with a customer service mentality
• Prior manufacturing industry experience preferred

Working Conditions

• Office Environment - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time and occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. May be required to exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
