Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company is seeking a Manager, Corporate Communications to translate strategy, culture, and stories into compelling internal and external communications. This hands-on leader will shape how corporate communications operates across a multi-location organization and advise senior leaders.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, including writing, storytelling, and overseeing enterprise initiatives and intranet development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, PR, marketing, or related field.
• Approximately 10 years of progressive corporate communications and change-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead employee engagement, leadership messaging and executive communications.
• Manage intranet build-out and digital communications initiatives.
• Partner with leaders on organizational change and culture communications.
• Oversee timelines, budgets and cross-functional collaboration on large projects.
