Job summary

The Adecco Group US North America seeks a Senior Manager of Corporate Communications to execute and operationalize the internal communications strategy under the direction of the US VP of Communications.

You will coordinate messaging across Adecco, Akkodis, and LHH, ensure alignment and consistency, and translate complex business requirements into clear employee communications in a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications in multi-brand environments.
• Experience executing comms for shared services or corporate support functions.
• Skilled in coordinating communications across matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Execute internal communications plans for corporate functions (HR, Legal, Finance, IT).
• Translate complex business requirements into clear employee communications.
• Apply corporate messaging standards across all functions.
