Latham, The Pool Company is seeking a Manager of Corporate Communications to lead strategy and execution across enterprise and internal communications. The role blends strategic vision with hands-on writing, planning and execution to bring the company story to life for employees and external audiences.

You will inherit ongoing work, shape how Corporate Communications operates, and advise leaders while delivering engaging, clear messages across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications or related field.
• 10 years in corporate communications, internal/change management preferred.
• Exceptional writing, editing and design skills for executives and employees.
• Intranet and digital communications design and execution expertise.
• Proven ability to lead high-visibility projects on time and budget.
• Strong relationships with senior executives and cross-functional partners.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Partner to develop and execute integrated communications strategies.
• Plan enterprise and leadership communications with clear messaging.
• Lead intranet design/build and governance for employee connectivity.
• Provide strategic counsel while hands-on content development.
• Monitor performance and feedback to strengthen programs.
• Create executive messages, town halls and leadership communications.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder approvals for complex projects.
• Leverage AI/tools to improve efficiency and reach of campaigns.
