Job summary

Latham Pool Products, Inc is seeking a Manager of Corporate Communications to shape strategy and storytelling for employees and external audiences. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on content creation and execution, including leadership communications and change management.

You will partner with senior leaders, build the intranet, and oversee high-visibility enterprise initiatives while using analytics and AI tools to optimize impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 10 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, internal and change management communications in a multi-location org.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and design skills adaptable for executives, employees, social media and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communications strategies aligned with business objectives and growth.
• Lead intranet strategy, design, and build-out for an engaging digital destination.
• Advise leaders and deliver leadership and change communications; enable two-way comms.
• Manage timelines, budgets, stakeholders, approvals for complex projects.
• Utilize analytics and AI tools to improve reach and effectiveness of programs.
