Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions in Dallas seeks a Senior Manager, Securities Processing (Corporate Actions) to lead a team delivering accurate, timely corporate action events across platforms and locations.

This role owns day-to-day operations, driving risk controls, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with Compliance, Trading, Risk and Client Services. The position requires leadership experience and familiarity with industry utilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in financial services operations.
• 5+ years in corporate actions, securities processing, or brokerage operations.
• 4+ years in a people-leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of corporate actions analysts across multiple platforms.
• Oversee daily workflow, queue management, and SLA adherence for events.
• Escalate complex or time-sensitive issues and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
• Partner with Compliance, Billing, Trading, Risk, and Client Services to resolve issues.
• Monitor control requirements and support audit reconciliation processes.
• Drive process improvements to reduce manual touchpoints and errors.
