Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Securities Processing (Corporate Actions) to lead a multi-location team responsible for processing corporate action events across systems. You will drive day-to-day operations, controls, and risk management while coordinating with Compliance, Billing, Trading, and Risk.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in financial services operations and 5+ years in corporate actions with 4+ years in people leadership; experience with Broadridge

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in financial services operations.
• 5+ years in corporate actions, securities processing, or brokerage operations.
• 4+ years in people-leadership capacity.
• Experience leading multiple teams or locations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of corporate actions analysts across platforms.
• Oversee daily workflow, queue management, and SLA adherence for events.
• Escalation point for complex issues with clients/correspondents.
• Partner with Compliance, Billing, Trading, Risk, and Client Services.
• Own SOC1/audit remediation and control activities.
